Delivery Policy
Shipment of your orders with us
Custom made to order Light Guns and Custom Backlit Marquees are generally dispatched within 30 days of payment.
To avoid further delays please ensure to include any preferred LED button customisations in the order notes so that we do not have to contact you to request and wait for this information, without which we cannot proceed to the next stage of the order process.
UK orders are shipped by RM tracked 24 (next day) within the 30 day period.
Non-UK orders are shipped via UPS (and sometimes other available services for your region when necessary), with tracking and drop-off with signature and full insurance as standard.
If you prefer delivery without full insurance cover (for the purpose of reduced imports costs for non-UK customers) then let us know in your order if you do not want to insure your items at full value (see applicable terms below).
Digital artwork is available to download in ‘.png’ format immediately after payment and it not physically shipped.
Digital artwork vinyl printed on demand is shipped within 7 days.
Printed backlit marquees are made to order and shipped within 30 days.
Whichever shipment choice you make for your order, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include any handling and packaging fees as well as the postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees will vary according to the total weight of the shipment, the package dimensions and the destination country.
We advise you to group your items in one order to reduce shipping costs as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them respectively.
In any instance where we find that we can ship orders together (like where the verified payment address is the same as the delivery address for both orders) we may then group your items automatically and offer you a credit voucher to spend at our store for part of the overpaid shipping costs, however this is at our sole discretion and not guaranteed.
Your package will be dispatched solely at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect your items from any damage in transit. Visionplay Ltd will not be held responsible for packages lost, stolen from your doorstep or damaged in transit, however boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected for their journey ahead.
If you choose to opt out of shipping insurance, you cannot later try to claim losses for any more than the standard cover amount with the applicable service provider if an item goes missing or arrives damaged. If necessary we will always try our best to locate any missing shipments on your behalf as a courtesy, or claim compensation up to the maximum cover for any item with the carrier. However customers must take responsibility and assess their own risks, then choose an appropriate service responsibly at checkout according to their needs and risk preferences.

Please note:
For overseas deliveries any insured items will be declared at their full value for export for the purpose of full insurance cover. The customer is responsible for any and all potential customs tax and/or import duty required for their destination country when choosing a fully insured shipping method.
